Want to make some pizza rolls? Here is a quick and easy recipe that is sure to make you drool. Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of the old fashioned pizza rolls in the frozen food aisle, I could eat a whole bag in a sitting. These don't taste anything like that. Take store-bought (or homemade if you are into that kind of stuff) pizza crust and roll it out, cut it into squares, and fill with whatever you want. Do NOT fill with sauce-I have before and it works-but it just isn't needed.
Roll out on wax paper and use your pizza cutter-then the dough doesn't try to morph back-SCIENCE RULES |
Then close up your squares into balls and pinch shut. Snug them all comfy and cozy in a pan, brush with olive oil, garlic salt, shredded parmesan, italian seasoning, and repeat until you hear me stay stop. This is key.
Bake them for as long as the directions say on the pizza crust and warm up some saucey sauce.

Dip and melt. Again, repeat this until you hear me say stop.
