Pizza Rolls 101

Want to make some pizza rolls?  Here is a quick and easy recipe that is sure to make you drool. Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of the old fashioned pizza rolls in the frozen food aisle, I could eat a whole bag in a sitting. These don't taste anything like that. Take store-bought (or homemade if you are into that kind of stuff) pizza crust and roll it out, cut it into squares, and fill with whatever you want. Do NOT fill with sauce-I have before and it works-but it just isn't needed.

Roll out on wax paper and use your pizza cutter-then the dough doesn't try to morph back-SCIENCE RULES

Then close up your squares into balls and pinch shut. Snug them all comfy and cozy in a pan, brush with olive oil, garlic salt, shredded parmesan, italian seasoning, and repeat until you hear me stay stop.  This is key.

Bake them for as long as the directions say on the pizza crust and warm up some saucey sauce.

I spy two frogs on the Frog Creek Pottery :)

Dip and melt. Again, repeat this until you hear me say stop.

Reason Why

Reason #1 why my scooter started: I found my keys on my key chain I use every single day, multiple times a day

Reason #1 why my scooter rocks:  It started up on the first try after a long cold winter

Reason #1 why my scooter didn't make it to "Lake Winona" for my run today: I didn't store it with enough gas to make it to the closest gas station

The only reason why it is better to have a scooter instead of a Harley-it was easy to Flinstone my way back to my garage until I get gas.

Reason #1 why I don't need to see a comedy show tonight: I have laughed far too hard at myself

I blame all of this on lack of sleep. Every night before I finally conk-out I mentally pack and then unpack in the dirty south.  I think it means I should just start packing.  All I have done so far is put a pair of shoes in their shoe box. I then decided it was too early.

Thank you repeat button

Have you ever listened to a song for 50 minutes straight? Well I have an addictive personality when it comes to music and when I want to listen to a song-I can listen to it for 50 minutes I guess. I feel like each time it plays, I hear a different part I like or a different guitar pick. On my way back down to Winona this last weekend I had this song on repeat so loud, that I could hear my windows moving. I also didn't care what car I was singing to next to me at the stop lights. If you listen to it below-you can only listen to it loud. ONLY. I really mean that. I love tunes that start out mellow and turn into a rock-out. This song would be great to hear live at a concert. It just is a good one to blast with huge speakers.

How Cool is This

Something about secret rooms like this make me want one so bad.

Winterized Too Good

I went to start up my scooter today but didn't get very far.  I would have bet anyone $1000.00 that I left my scooter key in the ignition-the most practical spot ever-

EVERRRRR

Needless to say it was not there.  I have been looking around here for about 30 minutes and it hasn't jumped out at me yet. I am now turning my night into a key hunt with some good wine and good music.  I guess I winterized it a little too well.  A key purchase may be in my near future.  Maybe I will find it during my big move.  Is anyone playing a trick on me? I seriously thought it was in my scooter this whole winter. What a major buzz kill.

"At Last, My Love Has Come Along"

Say heddooo to my lil' friends!

When I had my nerdy dentist chair last year, I thought it would be really cool to buy these and have them in a vase next to it, but never did.

The oral surgeon left me with this to "clean" out all my holes and all it did was make water run down my arms and leave me frustrated with food stuck in my mouth.

I seriously had walnuts in my mouth for over 24 hours and it was NOT because I was saving them for later.  It was disgusting.  Especially for someone like me who loves a clean mouth.

A girl has to eat and a girl can't have food stuck in her wisdom teeth holes forever.  An un-bent paperclip was not doing the job.
Aren't they cool?

The mirror comes in handy.

*Friends & Family- I am also available to perform cleaning services to those in need, there is no reason to be scared.

P.S. I did not plan on matching my shirt to the tools like it may seem to the naked eye.
